Prices are too expensive and sandwiches are bland and sloppy

Went to Jersey Mikes, in Fredericksburg, Va. I had never patronized a Jersey Mikes and never will again. First the good. The store was clean, neat, and well supplied. I was immediately greeted by a very nice young lady who was friendly and efficient. Our food arrived in a timely manner and was at an appropriate temperature. The chicken soup was hot and good. The fountain Coke was tasty. The steak sub was horrible. Overpriced, very little and tasteless meat on a tasteless sub roll. A sub made with Steak Ums has more meat and better flavor. Overall a subpar meal served by friendly and capable staff in a clean restaurant. I shall not return.

Extremely poor quality sandwich for the price Couple years back it was fourteen dollars for a large sub now it's nineteen and change. Complete rip off

I went to Jersey Mike's in Orem and was very disappointed. I was looking for a good Philly cheese steak and found Mike's to be very average. Missing Moochie's. However, the service was way worse. I ordered a cheese steak and while waiting, six people were processed before me. Then they put the steak on the griddle. It's Jimmy John's from now on.

The new Jersey Mike's opened in Camden, Delaware a couple of months ago. Twice, I've walked out because, apparently, I've been invisible. Each time, there was a bunch of kids, behind the counter, having a great time, unaware that I was standing there. I love JM's subs, but there needs to be some competent people working at the Camden, Delaware store.

I ordered Jersey Mike's through Uber Eats and I ordered the Mike's Famous Philly and noticed there was no options of adding mayonnaise, lettuce and other veggies on there. My sandwich came with meat, onions and bell pepper and it was dry, also they forgot to add cheese. I had to add mayo at home. I wasted my money on this order. not sure if it's Jersey Mike's who doesn't allow those options or Uber Eats. sadly, neither of them care.

Stupid as fck. How many times must I repeat my order.. only for y'all to get it wrong..

"0" score. Garner location Timber Drive worse service ever! Gave me shine wheat bran oats bread when I ordered white bread. Called to speak to manager and they told me to hold and laid the phone down . Another girls said just leave it off hook. Held over 9 min, heard all the conversation . This was 6/10/23. Never going back . Awful service .

We have always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s subs until our most recent order. The bread was stale and there was about a half an inch of meat on the sandwich. I don’t know if we’ll return. The order was placed at Tilghman Square in Allentown, PA.

We placed an online order at the Hicksville store that was supposed to be ready at 6:13 pm. It is now 6:50 pm and we’re still waiting along with dozens of other people all because of a stupid promotion that they are ill equipped to handle. Shameful!

Having grown up in the Jersey shore every summer, I was looking forward to a Jersey shore sub. However, when I ordered the #5 The Super Sub Provolone, ham, prosciuttini and cappacuolo Big, bold, and zesty, the name says it all. Stacked with flavor, our Super Sub comes layered in provolone, ham, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo. I was disappointed. I read it as prosciutto not prosutiny, expecting prosciutto, looking for prosciutto and not tasting or seeing prosciutto I look back at the menu. I will just wait until I'm back at the Jersey shore to get a real pursuit to sub from Giovanni's and Sea Isle City New Jersey. Not a very good value for the dollar as the regular size sub was somewhat small, the flavor was good, but not what I expected. I added the chips and 22 oz soda for about $12.58

A very good idea. But sandwich has NO FLAVOR. Think about a different dressing. Won't go back.

Jersey Mike’s in SUMMERWOOD is absolutely awesome, Sandwiches are always made correctly. Hot fresh and delicious. It is very obvious that good Customer service is a big deal also because they’re great at it. I love my Summerwood Jersey Mikes, my favorite sandwich Shop in all of Houston.

I remember Jersey Mike’s when I was in my 20s in point pleasant nj , absolutely not the same .owner got rich and forgot about rest. Can’t believe how horrible it has become, this coming from my recent visit everything was awful

Service was horrible! Employees kept talking about work issues! Took customers orders but continued with drama! Customers don’t need to hear that! I love Jersey Mikes but doubtful that I would go back!
